The Benefits of Morning Tea
In short, tea beats any alternative morning drink. Although it may not have the same amounts of caffeine as coffee, nor the same levels of vitamin C as orange juice, tea has a host of other benefits that make the case for tea – hot or cold – being your new choice of drink in the mornings.

Good news: The case for coffee is stronger than ever. Study after study indicates you could be getting more from your favorite morning beverage than you thought: Coffee is chock full of substances that may help guard against conditions more common in women, including Alzheimer’s disease and heart disease.

Read in English

Do you want to improve your speaking skills? Then you have to start reading, as well!

It’s impossible to improve one area of a language (like speaking) if you don’t practice and improve other areas, as well.

Reading helps you to improve your speaking skills because it makes your brain work. When you read, you probably listen to your head or inner voice pronouncing the words. Besides that, you’re able to learn new words in context that you can use later in your conversations.

Finally, when you read (newspapers, books, graded readers, poetry…), you’ll mostly have contact with correct, well-structured English. The more you read, the faster your brain will start recognizing patterns and groups of words that normally go together. When those patterns are already in your head, you can use them in your conversations without hesitation.

🌷Practice Patience🌷

Patience is about letting things unfold in their own time. If you allow yourself grace, compassion, and patience, you will see that you already have everything you need to be content with your life. Sometimes we rush into things or make impulsive decisions because we’re afraid of missing out.
Patience will help you make the right decision every time.

Take the pressure off yourself by giving yourself some breathing room. Step away from seeking answers and let them come. Sometimes you have to trust the process and believe that you’ll get where you need to be (even if you don’t know how). Start embracing the moment and be open to wherever it takes you.

🐜 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝘃𝗲 🕊
On a hot day of summer, an ant was searching for some water. After walking around for some time, she came near the river. To drink the water, she climbed up on a small rock. While trying to drink a water, she slipped and fell into the river.
There was a dove sitting on a branch of a tree who saw an ant falling into the river. The dove quickly plucked a leaf and dropped it into the river near the struggling ant. The ant moved towards the leaf and climbed up onto it. Soon, the leaf drifted to dry ground, and the ant jumped out. She looked up to the tree and thanked the dove.
Later, the same day, a bird catcher nearby was about to throw his net over the dove hoping to trap it. An ant saw him and guessed what he was about to do. The dove was resting and he had no idea about the bird catcher. An ant quickly bit him on the foot. Feeling the pain, the bird catcher dropped his net and let out a light scream. The dove noticed it and quickly flew away.

The Loyal Mongoose:

A farmer couple had a pet mongoose. One day, the farmer and his wife had to urgently go out of the house for work and so they left the mongoose with their infant and were assured that he would guard their baby well. While they were gone, a snake stealthily entered the house and moved toward the cradle to attack the infant. The smart mongoose fought and killed the snake to protect the baby.

When the farmer’s wife returned home, she was shocked to be greeted by blood stains on the mongoose’s mouth and teeth. She lost her temper and shouted, “You killed my baby!” In her anger, she lost all control and killed the loyal mongoose. When she entered her house, she saw the baby and the dead snake. She realized what happened and regretted her actions.

NEWS

Why is the news always so depressing? Every time I look at the news, I get sad. It’s always war, death, killing, famine. Why can’t news stations report happy news? They really don’t have to bring us such terrible stories.

I looked at the news last night. There was news about two wars, a corrupt leader, an increase in knife crime, and the story of a deadly new disease. Oh, I forgot, and the global financial crisis. We’re all poorer and will stay poorer for the next twenty years!

I’m sure there must be something happy to tell us. If we look at nice news stories, we’ll all feel happier. We need news about the good humans are doing. I want to hear about advances in medicine and science, or about someone raising a million dollars for a charity.
