Why social media is harmful to the future...
Social media or mental health |
How long will we be stuck in this thread and you will continue to follow social media and waste your time. Look up, Elon Musk, Bill Gates. These people made these things, but they didn't waste their lives. They created apps that could provide something to people, they never intended to ruin people's lives, you are ruining your own lives by following this thing. You should use social media to earn something so that you can benefit yourself and your generations and people as well. Be able to benefit from things and not waste your time and waste people's time by posting because you are busy all the time by chatting and there are many things that happen on social media. we are able to avoid these things? We see all the good and bad things and then we start acting on them and these things are spoiling our life day by day and we are getting bed people's for our child s , sitting all the time, using mobile phones not eating on time. All these are bad habits which will not leave you anywhere and you will become depressed and lose your health as well.
To maintain
To maintain good mental health while using, it's important to practice self-care. Start by setting some good boundaries; set specific times for scrolling through your feeds; and stick to them. Follow accounts that make you feel inadequate or stressed, and make your online environment more positive. Don't be what your mobile is looking at.
Keep looking at yourself. Take regular breaks from screens to recharge. Prioritize offline. Be mindful of the content you consume. Remember, self-care on social media is also important. It's healthy and balanced with the digital world. It's about developing relationships."
Social media or your life |
Look, you are not included in it.....
Do you know how important your time is that you are devoting only to people? All day they use their useless mobile phones, they use social media all day and give time to people, people who neither value you nor recognize you, think about yourself, and give importance to your life, this is life. It will end and you will end with it. Please live a good life while you live and give your phone as much time as you need. When you have to study, don't use your mobile all the time while reading. Take stuff out and put it away for later, then use it when you have something else to do instead of sitting around all day with junk and wasting your time. Remember it's a beautiful gift like life. You got the gift once and you won't get it again and again, scrolling all day long on your mobile will do you no good. Too bad.Youth addiction toward mobile phone |
What is the big worry in today's era?
Social media has become a special part of our life. We can't stay away from it even if we want to. We use it to connect with friends and family, stay up-to-date on current events, and share our thoughts and experiences with the world. Therefore, social media can also hurt our mental health.
- Social Comparison:
Social media can make us compare ourselves to others, which can lead to feelings of inadequacy, jealousy, and low self-esteem. It makes us feel like we're not good enough, or that we're not living up to our potential. And we're putting a different color on ourselves every day.
- Mental Victimization:
Social media can be used to harass others, it is having a devastating effect on health like a bad thing. We are losing interest in everything.
- Addiction:
Social media is an addiction, an addiction that cannot be broken and excessive use can lead to problems such as sleep deprivation, loss of productivity, and social isolation. We can become so attached to our devices that we neglect our real-life relationships and responsibilities. And forget what is the importance of our life.
Take steps to limit its use or take a break from it altogether.
Social media or your mental health |
- How can it be better used?
- Limit your time on social media. Don't spend more than one hour a day on social media.
- If it's making you feel bad, take a break.
- Unfollow accounts that make you feel bad about yourself. This may include accounts that are constantly posting about their achievements or that are promoting unrealistic body images.
- * Take a break from social media. Put your phone away for a few hours or a whole day each day.
- * Focus on real-life relationships. Spend time with your friends and family, do what makes you feel good and happy inside, and engage in activities that you enjoy.
Social media platforms provide everyone a voice, but it's also where everyone can be a critic. |
Think for yourself, social media is something that is leading us to evil day by day.
Take care of yourself |
